My younger brother was suffering from breathing problem. We tried many doctors but the result was nothing. But once I send him for karate Training I feels the difference in just few days. And now after 6 Months he is awesome without any medicine, and I believe in few days he will be perfectly fine. As well as he is now capable to defense himself.
